Easy return in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Send us an email or complete our contact form on the Contact page and let us know that you want to return the item

Step 2: Send your order to

Send the items together with the return instructions to the address stated in the mail. Make sure you provide the package with a track and trace code. As a channel you are responsible and we do not want misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account

If we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back on your bank account within 5 working days.

We use a return policy of 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your receipt, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
